In an effort to provide a better learning experience for its members, C.A.R. has created a new online education site.
Those wishing to register and take license renewal courses may do so by visiting our new site.

Effective June 30th, 2008 we will longer be accepting new registrations on either http://car.learningcenter.com or http://www.learning.net/partners/car.
Effective August 31st, 2008 http://car.learningcenter.com and http://www.learning.net/partners/car will no longer be available
Therefore, if you have already purchased training on these sites, you must complete the course(s) no later than August 31st, 2008. Log in using the login area available on the upper, left of this page.
If you have completed your training on these sites, you must retrieve your DRE approved certificate numbers, no later than August 31st, 2008. Log in using the login area available on the upper, left of this page.
Those who have already registered for our Agent Fundamental courses may continue to take them on these sites until August 31st, 2008. Registrations on the new site for new students will begin in early August.
