I bought one of the new courses, where do I find the course and test materials?
You can access the new training at www.onlineed.com/car
Does the login name and password I have for the old training/testing work for the new training?
NO. The login name and password for the old training does not work with the new training.
I can’t remember my user name and password for the new training/testing. How can I get it again?
Your user name is the e-mail address you input when signing up for the new course material.
To retrieve your password, please go to www.rebsonline.com and click on the MY ACCOUNT button. Click on the link next to the text, “If you have lost your Customer Account password.” You will then be prompted for your e-mail address.
If the e-mail address you enter matches your account, your password will be e-mailed to you.
Do I have to complete my license renewal training/testing on the old site by August 31st, 2008?
YES. You will need to complete the courses and examinations for your license renewal on the old site by August 31st, 2008. After this date the training and testing on that site will not be available.
I already completed the license renewal training/testing and got my certificate, do I need to do it again?
NO. You do not need to do the training/testing again. We look forward to seeing you again when it comes time to renew your license and hope you’ll take part in our other training in the meantime.
What if I need to get my certificates or certificate numbers after August 31st, 2008?

I took the classes and tests a while ago and now need to print my certificates and/or get my certificate numbers. Can I still do that, and how can I do that?
YES. You can access your certificates and certificate numbers by logging into the old site located at www.car.learningcenter.com. You will be able to access the certificates at that address until August 31st, 2008.
I already purchased the older license renewal training/testing; do I need to get a refund and purchase/take the new one?
NO. You do not have to purchase and take the new license renewal training as long as you have completed the older training/testing by August 31st, 2008.
Can I get a refund on the older training and purchase/take the new training/testing?
YES. As long as you have not started on any of the older training or testing. Please contact us at education@car.org and we will be more than happy to assist you with your request.
What if I already started the older course material and am not able to complete it before the August 31st deadline?
Please contact us at education@car.org and we will do our best to assist you.
Have the prices for license renewal training/testing changed?
NO. The prices have not changed. You are now getting a better education for your training dollars.
Which license renewal training/testing should I take?
This will vary based on what level of renewal you need.
Salesperson (First Time Renewing) - Take the Ed-Pak 15 course
Broker (First Time Renewing) – Take the Ed-Pak 45-15 course
Salesperson and Broker (Subsequent Renewals) – Take the Ed-Pak 45-9 course
What happened to the Agent Fundamental training?
It is still currently available at www.car.learningcenter.com for students who have already registered for them, but we will be moving it to a new site and will feature new content in the next month. Please visit us again soon!
